Delete your ProtonRx account

ProtonRx — prescription app for doctors (com.protonrx.android)

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open ProtonRx and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm with your password.
Your account, sign-in and cloud backup are deleted immediately, and all ProtonRx data is removed from that phone.

No longer have the app?

Send a request below with the email you registered with. We will verify it is your account (we may call or message your registered mobile) and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in (email, name, BMDC number, mobile).
Your cloud backup: patients, prescriptions, serials, chambers, templates and settings.
Notification registration and preferences.

What is kept

Payment records (amount, date, transaction ID) for up to 5 years, as required for accounting and tax.
Data on a phone where you do not delete it from the app, and any backup files you saved yourself — please delete those.
